I came to this work the long way around — through a body that knew things before my mind caught up. As a competitive and collegiate pole vaulter for eight years, I learned firsthand how the nervous system responds to fear, focus, and the demand to perform. As a head cross-country coach and personal trainer, I watched people discover what they were capable of when someone finally believed in them. Those years taught me that healing and growth are always physical before they are conceptual.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked at an inpatient facility serving individuals with traumatic brain injuries — people navigating profound loss of self, identity, and function. That experience deepened my respect for the brain-body relationship and the resilience that lives even in the most fractured nervous systems. I am also a trauma survivor myself, and neurodivergent. I do not come to this work from the outside looking in.

My clinical training is grounded in somatic psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory, the Hakomi Method, Internal Family Systems, and Jungian depth psychology. I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and have pursued immersive study in Applied Buddhism at a Tibetan Buddhist center in France — informing a present-moment, non-pathologizing lens that honors the full complexity of human experience.

I am a counterculture lover and a deeply curious person. I work well with people who feel like they have never quite fit the mold — artists, athletes, thinkers, outsiders, and those drawn to the edges of conventional life. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and culturally sensitive. My practice is a space where your whole self is welcome.

I am currently working toward certification in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, with a particular interest in the intersection of somatic work, depth psychology, and expanded states of consciousness as a pathway for trauma healing.

I do not work with active addiction, domestic violence, active suicidality, child abuse cases, or sex therapy.
