Services

Therapy tailored to you.

All sessions are offered via telehealth — accessible from anywhere in California.

Somatic Psychotherapy

Somatic therapy integrates body awareness into the healing process. By tuning into physical sensations, breath, and movement, we access deeper layers of experience that talk therapy alone may not reach. Using the Hakomi Method, Polyvagal Theory, and embodied awareness practices, we help your nervous system find safety and steadiness.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions focused on your personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and the challenges you face. Together we'll explore patterns through a nervous-system lens, build insight, and develop tools that create lasting change.

Couples Therapy

Relational healing begins in the body. Couples therapy here is grounded in attachment-based work and interpersonal neurobiology — understanding how your nervous systems co-regulate, rupture, and repair. Sessions weave in sensorimotor techniques, authentic movement, Jungian depth work, IFS, Hakomi, and trauma-informed care to help partners move from reactivity into genuine contact and connection.

Family Therapy

Families are complex systems. Family therapy helps improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen bonds — supporting every member through transitions, loss, or relational strain using a somatic and family systems lens.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma lives in the body as much as the mind. Using somatic approaches, Polyvagal Theory, and trauma-focused care, we work through difficult experiences at a safe, paced rhythm — so they no longer hold power over your present life.

Anxiety & Panic

Anxiety and panic can feel overwhelming and isolating. Through nervous system regulation and somatic and evidence-based approaches, we work to understand the roots of what you're experiencing and build practical strategies for relief and resilience.

Life Transitions

Career changes, relationship shifts, loss, parenthood, identity — major transitions can unsettle even the most grounded person. Therapy provides support and clarity as you navigate what comes next.

Relationship Issues

Whether with a partner, family member, or colleague, relationship struggles affect every area of life. Drawing on attachment theory, somatic awareness, and depth psychology, we explore the patterns — relational wounds, nervous system responses, and unconscious dynamics — that keep you stuck, and build new ways of relating.
